Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be applicable.

Customized and personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

For cancellation assistance, customers are requested to contact our support team as early as possible with their order details.

Approved refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

If you need to cancel an order immediately before it gets dispatched, please reach out to our support team without delay.
