Defective or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange. Customized and bulk orders are non-returnable unless due to a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product size does not fit (subject to stock availability)
- The return request is raised within the eligible return window
- The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact
Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for return or exchange.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted beyond the eligible timeline may not be accepted.
Customized Products Policy
Customized and personalized products including:
- player names
- jersey numbers
- sponsor branding
- team logos
- special design orders
are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error.
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:
- Our support team will coordinate the reverse pickup process
- The product will undergo a quality inspection upon arrival
- The replacement order will be processed subject to stock availability
In case the requested replacement size or product is unavailable, store credit or alternative solutions may be offered.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful quality inspection of the returned product.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the original payment method and banking partner.
Reverse Pickup Charges
Minimal reverse logistics charges may apply depending on:
- pickup location
- product category
- order type
- The applicable charges, if any, will be communicated transparently during the return approval process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- a damaged product
- defective item
- wrong product
please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with:
- order ID
- product images
- unboxing images/videos (if available)
